Why this site exists
When I applied to a German university myself, I wasted weeks on outdated PDFs, vague forums, and contradictory advice. This is the guide I wish I had.
A note from the founder
Hi, I'm Talha 👋
I'm a student from Pakistan who applied to study in Germany. Like most international applicants, I struggled with information that was either too general (you'll need a blocked account) or buried in 50-page government PDFs (in German).
So I started writing it down — step by step, in plain English, with real numbers and timelines. That side project became this site. Today it covers 183 German public universities, 732+ English programmes, six country guides, a cost calculator with currency conversion for PKR/INR/BDT, and detailed visa and scholarship walk-throughs.
It's still free. It always will be.
Our mission
To make studying in Germany understandable, affordable, and honest for every South Asian student — without paying consultants thousands of rupees for information that should be free.
What we stand for
Free & honest
Everything is free to read. We mark affiliate links clearly and only recommend what we'd recommend to a friend.
South Asia focused
Generic study-abroad sites don't cover HEC attestation, APS Vietnam, or PKR conversion. We do.
Research-backed
Every number — fees, blocked account, deadlines — links to its official source so you can verify.
Community-driven
We update the site based on questions from real students applying right now, not from theory.
How we keep this free
We don't charge readers and we never will. To pay for hosting and our time, we use:
- ✓Affiliate commissions — when you sign up for a service we recommend (like a blocked account provider) via our link, the company pays us a small fee at no extra cost to you. These links are clearly marked.
- ✓Advertising — minimal, non-intrusive ads on some pages.
- ✓No paywalls. No "premium tier". No locking students out of information they need.
